All subscription fees (monthly and yearly) are non-refundable once the billing period has begun and access to the platform has been granted. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of the paid period.
A full refund may be considered within 7 days of the initial subscription if: (a) the platform was unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our technical fault, or (b) you were charged in error. Contact us with evidence to request a review.
Profit share invoices are based on your actual net trading profits and are non-refundable once paid. If you believe an invoice was calculated incorrectly, contact us within 7 days of invoice generation for a review.
YT Movers does not provide refunds for trading losses. All trading involves risk and losses are the responsibility of the user.
Contact us via our contact page with your registered email, order details, and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 5 business days.
