1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using YT Movers ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Nature of Service

YT Movers is a technology platform that provides automated order execution services. We are NOT a SEBI Registered Investment Advisor. We do not provide investment advice, and nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice. All algorithmic signals are based on technical indicators and market data.

3. Risk Disclaimer

Trading in equity markets involves substantial financial risk. You may lose all or part of your invested capital. Past performance of any strategy does not guarantee future results. By using this platform, you acknowledge and accept all associated trading risks.

4. Subscription and Billing

• Monthly plan: ₹999/month, billed monthly via Razorpay
• Yearly plan: ₹10,000/year, billed annually
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Profit share: 10% of net monthly trading profits, invoiced on the 1st of each month
• Non-payment of profit share invoices within 7 days will result in trading suspension

5. Broker Credentials

You grant YT Movers permission to use your broker API credentials solely for placing trades on your behalf. Credentials are stored with AES-256 encryption. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use the platform for illegal activities, market manipulation, or in any way that violates applicable laws including SEBI regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

YT Movers shall not be liable for any trading losses, missed trades, technical failures, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
